Who I Am

I am a certified personal

trainer through ACE, I am CPR certified through the Red Cross. I am a retired Physical Education Teacher.  I have been passionate about Health and Fitness most of my life. 

My goal is to help as many people as possible to live a full Independent life and slow down the ageing process through customized fitness programs. 

As you age, it is crucial that you maintain your balance, your flexibility, strength and your cardiovascular fitness.

To Increase your balance, strength, flexibility and your cardio fitness levels.. 

To measure your level of fitness, ask yourself these four questions:

1. Can you balance on one leg for more than 30 seconds?

2. Can you walk up three flights of stairs with ease?

3. Are you able to get off of the floor without using your hands?

4. Do you need to lose fat and gain more muscle? 

 I knew I needed to embark on some strength training but have always been wary and unsure about using weights. I bought them but was never quite sure how to use them. I met with Lois and we talked about my goals and she created a weight routine that I could do and was comfortable with. It has been easy to follow and Lois was always eager to help when I had follow up questions..ie..Do I increase the weights? Can I adapt this exercise? Lois is always positive and very easy to work with! I would recommend her to anyone needing some personalized assistance in improving their health! Lois practices what she preaches!  Chris Simeone
